Yes, go to 'My Dashboard' → 'My Journeys' → select journey → 'Delete'. Please inform any senders who already requested to use your journey.

Go to 'Send Items', browse all available journeys sorted by date, or use the search/filter to find specific routes. All verified travelers are displayed.

New users get 1 FREE contact request (trial). Admin reviews it within 24 hours. After approval, traveler gets your contact details to contact you and arrange delivery.

After approval, the traveler can directly contact you via phone/email. Agree on: meeting location (public places only), pickup time, delivery details, and compensation.

Requests may be rejected if: traveler has already received requests or traveler unavailable. Upgrade to Premium (€9.99) for unlimited requests without admin approval.

EriTravel doesn't provide GPS tracking. You communicate directly with the traveler via phone/messages to get updates on your item's status and location.

It depends on each traveler's capacity (usually up to 50kg). Check the journey post for specific limits: Small (carry-on), Medium (checked bag), Large (separate luggage).

We verify all users (email + phone), require travelers to upload tickets, review all journeys before publishing, and monitor suspicious activity. Users must follow safety guidelines.

ALWAYS meet in public places (cafes, malls, airports), during daytime if possible. NEVER meet at homes, hotel rooms, or isolated areas. Bring someone if needed.

YES, ALWAYS! Open and inspect ALL packages in the sender's presence. Ask what's inside, refuse anything suspicious, and take photos for documentation.

Report it immediately to admin (info@eri-travel.com), decline the request, block the user if needed, and never share personal details until verified.

Compensation is arranged directly between users. EriTravel doesn't handle payments. Discuss and agree on amount, method (cash/transfer), and timing before pickup.

Go to 'My Dashboard' to: delete account, change account type (Traveler/Sender), update personal info, or upgrade to Premium.

Premium payments (€9.99) are non-refundable as it's a lifetime access. However, contact support if technical issues prevent you from using the service.
